Finding Flow: Calling in Abundance //

Move, breathe, create, and dance toward your deepest self

Tap into the abundant, expansive energy of the mid-summer season, a time when the Earth is in full bloom and creativity flows freely. The Empress, archetype of fertile abundance and empowered receptivity, will guide us through a soul-nourishing journey of meditation, automatic writing, conscious dance, and creative expression.

You’ll explore what abundance means for you — not as something to have, but as a frequency to draw in and become. During this two hour journey, music is the map, an altar is base camp, and intuition is the compass. This is a space to root into gratitude, replenish your energy, and align yourself to the natural flow of giving, receiving and having. 

All bodies and abilities are welcome. No dance experience necessary, just an open and curious mind! 

What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, journal, item for the altar

With over fifteen years of experience as an arts educator, she weaves together tarot, movement, altar-making, journaling, and intuitive art-making into soulful, embodied experiences that awaken creative flow. Her workshops invite you to explore your inner landscape through ritual, expression, and play.
