FRIDAY MORNING QIGONG

Fridays 7:30-8:30am beginning August 29th

Created by Taoist Monks, Qigong brings natural elements into our physical, emotional, and spiritual being for enhanced health and vitality.  Through gentle, flowing movements we release tension, transforming it into useful energy to be harnessed for our highest good as we move through our practice and our lives.  

From the Fall Equinox until the Winter Solstice, the focus of our practice is the Metal element with its themes of letting go of what no longer serves us, and making room for new energies.

This repeated routine prepares us for the Winter and our Water Element practice, bringing increased peace and flow into our lives from the Winter Solstice to the Spring Equinox. Regular practice helps us to relax into the flow of the routine, experiencing deeper and deeper meditative, physical, and emotional benefits.

Please join us on Friday mornings from 7:30-8:30am.

Dress comfortably, A mat is not required but you may find it more comfortable, as Qigong is a standing practice.
