GETTING UNSTUCK // a transformational workshop with Lisa Lampanelli

GETTING UNSTUCK: GET OUT OF YOUR WAY AND INTO YOUR LIFE

A transformational workshop with creativity coach Lisa Lampanelli

It's the age-old story: you know you have something to say, something to do, somewhere to go, but you just feel . . . well . . . STUCK!

Former comedian and current Integral Coach Lisa Lampanelli has been there and, in her new transformational workshop, may just be able to help you move forward and take gentle hold of your life.

This 2-hour workshop will combine storytelling, mindfulness tools, self-awareness exercises, and good old-fashioned self-compassion, and may make you feel a little less like a deer in the headlights and more like the captain of your own ship.

Enrollment is strictly limited to 25 participants, and 100% of Lisa's proceeds will be donated to the Chester Food Pantry in Chester, CT.

LISA’S BIO:

With a career that spanned more than 30 years, Lisa Lampanelli was a constant on the comedy scene. With numerous tours, 2 Grammy nominations, sold-out appearances at Radio City Music Hall and Carnegie Hall under her belt, Lisa announced her retirement from stand-up comedy on the Howard Stern radio program in late 2018 and is now dedicating her life to coaching creative types, teaching standup and storytelling, and being a general overall bad-ass. She has been featured on the Moth Mainstage tour and podcast, and the Risk! storytelling show and podcast, and her solo shows, "Lisa Lampanelli: Big Fat Failure" and "Lisa Lampanelli: Irrelevant!" have helped her and audiences deal with issues she has wrestled with over her years since retirement.

Her play, STUFFED, enjoyed two off-Broadway runs in 2016 and 2017, and her appearances on the Comedy Central Roasts and the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” are career highlights. Lisa also raised $130,000 for the Gay Men’s Health Crisis during season 5 of NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice," won $50,000 for the organization last year on Fox's "Celebrity Weakest Link," and is the 2024 Global Ambassador for the North Shore Animal League of America. She teaches standup and storytelling at the Norwalk Conservatory of the Arts in Connecticut and is an Integral Coach certified by New Ventures West, with a concentration in Creativity Coaching.
