


PILATES WORKSHOP // May
90-Minute Pilates Workshop & Reflection Circle
Join us for a grounding 90-minute Saturday session that blends mindful movement, meditation, and self-inquiry. We begin with a 50-minute Mat Pilates class, designed to awaken strength, stability, and ease in the body. After movement, we transition into a 15-minute guided gratitude meditation, allowing the body to rest and the heart to open. We'll then take 15 minutes for personal journaling, guided by a theme or reflective prompt that changes each session—exploring questions like Where can I find more ease?, How do I show up when I feel empty?, or What do I do at my tolerance edge?
We close with a 10-minute optional sharing circle, creating space for connection, integration, and witnessing. Snacks will be offered post workshop.
Each class is a full-body, full-being experience—an invitation to move, feel, and reflect.
