Hey everyone! I am Danny and I have been practicing yoga for 12 years. I am a life long athlete and fitness enthusiast as well. I finished my 200 hour yoga teacher training this year after six months of classes, study, and practice, and am now a certified yoga instructor. I have started to teach classes at my home studio Mystic Yoga Shala, where I have been practicing for about two years now. I was trained in a power vinyasa flow which centers around the Union of body, mind, and breath. Yogis of all levels can benefit from my class, and all are welcome. Whether we are creating art through Sun Salutations, balancing ourselves in a tree pose, or resting in child’s pose, we will know yoga. Come join us at The Grove!
